The Mayor of León
informed yesterday about the celebration of the X International Jazz Festival,
which will open this Wednesday, April 26, at six in the afternoon in the
Central Park of Leon.
This was announced
yesterday by Press Conference the organizers of this musical event organize together
with the Mayor of Leon in the Hotel El Convento.
Ramai Das, President of
the International Jazz Festival, said that this great event will bring together
musicians from the United States, Canada, Nicaragua and Panama.
The festival will
involve national and international jazz groups, which will offer free concerts.
In addition, training will be provided to the musicians by the invited
teachers.
The concerts will be free and iwill
participate 11 bands of which one is composed by Panamanian children and young
people. In addition, the presentation of a quartet of American women.
